Did you know that cavities are the leading chronic childhood disease in America? Many low-income families lack basic dental hygiene products in their homes. When kids and adults can’t brush every day to keep their smiles healthy, the pain of tooth decay can keep them from eating, sleeping, and going to work or school. Poor oral hygiene contributes to the vicious cycle of poverty.

Together we can make a difference in the lives of our neighbors with the donation of a new toothbrush, toothpaste and flossers.

How to help:

Make a gift today and fund dental hygiene kits for children and adults in the Piscataquis region. PRFC will provide the kits to one of our 15 agency partners to distribute in an upcoming food distribution.

Drop-off new toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss/flossers at PRFC's Dover-Foxcroft offices Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-4pm.

Host a dental products drive and have your team, organization or group collect dental care items. When your drive is complete contact PRFC for drop-off options. Take pictures along the way so that we can share your drive on our social media channels.
